Instructions
01
Wash and dry your hands before removing the package.
02
Place the test card on a flat surface, and remove the adhesive's cover-lay
03
Take out the swabs from stick-end. Then insert the swab fully into the nasal cavity until you feel resistance (about 2-3cm for adults) and gently rotate 5 times for both sides to collect specimens.
04
Insert the swab head into well A from the bottom of well B on the test card.
05
Add 6 drops of the Sample Treatment Solution to well A, then rotate the swab twice from different directions.
06
Fold the left side over to fit two sides together closely, and start timing.
07
Wait for the purple-red line to appear, and read the test results in 15-20 minutes.
08
After testing, put the test card, swab, and sample treatment solution bottle into outer package and seal it tightly. Dispose them in medical waste container according to local laws and regulations.
Result Interpretation
Positive: When a purple-red band appears in the Control Line (C) and Test Line (T).
Negative: When only the Control Line (C) shows a purple-red band and there is no purple-red band appearing in the Test Line (T).
Invalid: If there is no purple-red band appearing in the Control Line (C), regardless of the result shown in the Test Line (T), it indicates either the operation process is incorrect or the test kit has been damaged. In this case, please retest with a new test kit strictly following the instruction. If the problem reoccurs, please report it to your local supplier.

This product (SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kits for Self-testing) is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection for individuals with symptoms or other epidemiological reasons to suspect a COVID-19 infection, including both adults and children. In the case of children, samples must be collected by an adult following our illustrated step-by-step guide.

While both types of Lepu’s SARS-CoV-2 test kits offer rapid antigen testing based on the colloidal gold immunochromatographical technology, the self-testing version is designed to serve the needs of consumers who prefer to perform rapid antigen testing in a home setting and is made available for purchase over the counter, whereas non-self-testing version is designed for medical specialists to use in a clinical setting.

You will first perform lower nostril nasal swab (2~3cm) in both nasal cavities. Then, you will insert your swab with sample into the testing card, add sample treatment solution to it, and then rotate the swab until fully mixed. The result will come out after 15~20 minutes. A more detailed instruction can be found on the illustrated instruction card included in your package.
A.
The result window consists of a “control” line and a “test” line. When both lines turn purple-red, however faint the color on the “test” line is, it is a positive result, which means you may have COVID-19. When only the “control” line turns purple-red, it is a negative result, which means SAR-CoV-2 was not found in this sample. If the “control” line shows no color or blue color, it is an invalid result, which means either the operation process is incorrectly done or the test paper has been damaged. If you have trouble determining the test result, please refer to the illustrations on your instruction card.

After tested positive, you should inform your health care provider of the result. Your healthcare provider will work with you to further confirm the diagnosis of COVID-19 and determine how best to care for you. You should also continue following the public health protocol in place in your local area. In general, it is advised that one should abstain from visiting public space and only leave home to obtain necessary medical care.
